Monday Night Social Run

Monday night is our social run night, we meet outside halls and split into a few different groups depending on distance/pace. As a club we welcome all abilities whether you’ve never run before or are a seasoned club runner there will always be someone to run with.

Tuesday Session

Sprints/distance track sessions at Tooting Bec Track with our partner club, Herne Hill HarriersĀ (HHH). Generally 7pm start time.

Wednesday Workout/Social Run

Afternoon off uni! Either LUCA cross-country races, or we’re going to be running a mix of interval sessions and circuits in the afternoon. Followed by a social/circles in the evening!

Thursday Session

Sprints/distance track sessions at Tooting Bec Track with our partner club, Herne Hill Harriers (HHH). Generally 7pm start time.

Saturday Run

We generally do parkrun on Saturday morning but sadly covid has put paid to that for the time being. We’re looking to run some more race based sessions, e.g. a 5k time trial, club relays or a handicap race. Perfect for testing yourself and earning that post run coffee and cake!
